Thank you very much to New York reader and follower...

I would like to express my sincere thank you note to New York people that become the reader and sent the request to follow my IG.I hope that we always have a great time to exchange our idea to generate only the good thing for our society.Since now,my writing mode include any request from my beloved reader and I'll write my idea one by one.
Let's start with the first topic based on the request.The topic is all about how to handle stress,depression and hypertension.This 3 situations will happen to any people either you admit or not either in your personal life or workplace.Tell anything to your close family and good friends if you don't want liase with professional counsellor.People that close with you will always become a good listener and help you to consistently develop your self-esteem.Do you listen to this quote? Laughter is the best medicine.Yes,smile and keep your track in the right way while choose good friends that came into my life.How about this quote?People crying not because they area weak but it is because they are already become so strong for a longer time.So never understimate people.Never underrate anyone.Never easily look down to other people.Stay humble and honest and many good things will come to your life.For those that face sadness in life.You must always remember that remember your sad moment from your past similar with driving your car or ride your motorcycle.When you are driving and you keep looking at your back,of course you'll get accident because you're not focus with your journey.I already write about this thing from one of my article 10 years.So darlings...stay happy always and never look back...You're not living in your past anymore...Look forward and move forward...It's all matter of time and being patience.Till we meet again for the next post,peeps.Have a great weekend👌
