Some people are busy with working life and slightly ignore about healthy life with healthy mind ...It's important for us to take care of it.Yes,as a human being every soul will taste the death that we dunno when...But,as a human being,at least we implement healthy life with healthy mind in daily life.Choose your menu, eat healthy, exercise or walk to burn the chalories,drink plain water for good hydration for good health.For good mind,choose variety of reading mode as a foodie of mind,happy to build rapport with people and separate the memories of your mind to necessary thing and unnecessary thing.That's a key of success for healthy life with healthy mind.
Easier say than done .But,I'm a person that implement what I say .That's why I've my own success story for my field.Wish all of you able to have your success story.Choose right people for your circulation also determine your passion towards healthy life with healthy mind .For my life,I'm very sure that for my circulation,no people around me that go to unnecesary place as a Muslim like pub,night club,party,drugs ,etc .Birthday celebration yes we did but we are never went to this type of place ok.I'm very sure Ainearest also same like me.Let's consistently practice what we already practice.We still enjoy our life in the nice way during off duty and stay committed during working hours...May Allah SWT protect us from Riya',Istidraj and people that take other people for granted...
