Volunteer for Yayasan Raja Muda Selangor

It's not my first time teaching and doing volunteer...I already live with this responsibility since I was 20's...Education & volunteer are always my passion...Previously, I 'm teaching the urban students in Selangor & Kuala Lumpur as a private tutor...I was a volunteer for cleaning the beach too once for my workplace...So, when I view about another volunteer work ,I'm willing to apply because of my passion towards education and volunteer as you already know...From the briefing in Bangunan Darul Ehsan, Shah Alam , Selangor, we know about the direction of Yayasan Raja Muda Selangor and team & the content that we should deliver for the students on that day ...It was nice to met another volunteer and we work as one team on that day...No lavish...Just shining each other among us...For this time, the students are from B40 family's background and we were not select the students for our group...The members of group pick randomly through the colour without we knowing the name of students and etc...My students for my group are silent & shy type...First time when I was in their group, they are quite & I need to encourage them with my creativity and people management skills so that they will start talk and give their idea...It was great to see that they are able to generate new idea to present in the public even the people from Yayasan Raja Muda Selangor team had some jokes either their idea was from me....No...Definitely their idea...I wish that these students success in future with any field that they join...I'm happy that I'm able to manage students from all background in my life...It was such a memorable experience and I wish that I'll do same thing in future...Insya Allah....
