I know that you'll agree with this quote.Some people only appreciate the good capable people when they are gone.Any regret after that moment definitely not worthwhile at all.Analyze anything based on the right judgement always important so that you'll not waste such the good talent of any field because of nonsense factor.Manage people is not easy.It require the necessary experience because manage people not same with manage product.Always appreciate well experience people with high recognition and good integrity but never ignore the new talents with good integrity although they are still young.We always know that the good people exist at all ages.Just because you have any bad experience with people for certain ages doesn't means all people within that age are same.Streotype people without valid fact is not valid judgement as well.We know ourselves better and always passionate in anything that we do.Never waste your time to argue with any people that not worthwhile for you to spent your precious time.Live in a peace and harmony , respect each other and challenge ourselves for being a better person based on daily basis.
