Grateful meaning in my life definitely the blessing from my parents ,my good friends & my life include my overall working experience, skills & professional rapport that I never take any people for granted.My happiness that came from Allah SWT definitely the greatest blessing from our Creator.The ability to sleep without insomnia & have the good rest after working hours also the value that we need to concern.The ability to have the good circulation  and good mental health also important in life as a human being.Do not obey this requirement as a routine in your daily life.
