Your daily rhythm tells your child what they can expect from the day and help them feel safe and secure.This is another guaranteed way to build trust.
Boundaries also build trust.They define limits which is important for your child to learn early.Trust is strengthen when limits are clear.Be clear when you ask your child to do something .No need for you to talk a lot or give variety of option , just clear communication.
