Another moment to remember with Fitness First.


The most important moment that I always remember about Fitness First definitely about The Professional Trainer from HQ until The Personal Trainer for the Operations Team, Studio , Equipment, Class and Sauna.

I'm done with Treadmill (Walking & Cycling) and  Group Exercise Studio (GX Studio) workout include HIIT & Rush with Personal Trainer, Mr Wong , Body Combat, Body Jam , Body Pump, Body Step , Shbam, Zumba and happy with Sauna & Steam Room at Fitness First as well.Adore with The Professional Personal Trainer from Ajneesa, Ochi, May , Mior and the Fitness Manager , Mr Chew  and happy to get to know Shafiqah as well.The moment that I join the Fitness First Members to celebrate birthday of Senior Trainer , Ms Janet definitely another moment to remember in life.Workout and still able to implement clean as you go.
