 I'm truly happy that my book Almost Adulting Self Help Approach to Deal with Quarter Life Crisis by Dr Nadhira Nuraini Afifa arrived .She is the Doctor, Public Health  Consultant and Education Enthusiast graduated with Master in Public Health from Harvard University, United States.


With thousands of career option and appreciation in this world , why am I just a mediocratic, huh?

Entering the teenage age, I began to face various questions related to my own.A lot of inner fidget questions.What have you done since so many years back?What do you want to be in thr future? What is my life purpose?Will I ever be ready?That's where I felt that I had a quarter life crisis where life filled a lot of confusion because there was neither option nor because of too many options.7 years passed and the confusion lasted interestingly .I began to accept that this confusion may last for a lifetime and it turns out that this is fine.So maybe after all, we're not in crisis that we 're in the constant process of finding.This book is one form of reflection and calmness for all who are having the same crisis.Instead of weight, inside there are many practical and relevant topics  for readers.
