Harvard Business School Online offers a unique and highly engaging way to learn vital business concepts, enabling committed learners to transform their career, their organization and their life.

For me, the event details regarding humility , metamorphosis and learning structures are interesting.

In this lecture, Rachel Albino explores the foundations of effective leadership and successful organizational transformation, emphasizing the importance of humility and adaptability.Active listening is crucial, enabling an understanding of the perspectives involved.Otto Scharmer's Theory U is applied , driving innovation through deep learning and co creation.

Social networks play an essential role in disseminating ideas and knowledge , strengthening transformation.Gathering opinion through enriches decisions and promotes adherence to changes.

However, leadership and transformation face the inheritance  complexity of organizational systems.The theory of complexity acknowledge this, calling for an adaptive approach and continuous learning.Priniciples of Theory U and collaboration through social networks, incorporating collected opinion , allow adaptation to ongoing changes.
