 I realized that my parents was the regular customers of Corelle and Arcopal when I was the lil kids and I only know that this product from United States and France when I learned about branding and marketing  when I was 20's🙂.

The Making of Corelle.

Introduced in 1970 to its country of origins, USA , Corelle glass dinnerware underlying technology was an achievement of Corning Glass Works R&D scientists.Each CORELLE dinnerware piece is made through a hub lamination process that thermally bonds 3 layers of glass: core glass in the middle, with top and bottom layers of very clear skin or glaze glass.The process creates a lightweight, durable , multi -layered product that is much stronger than its individual components.In addition , the unique enamels used during the decorating process actually become part of the glass, so the design ladt as long as the plate.
