The importance of women's participation in society.

Islam emphasizes the importance of women's participation in society and recognizes their valuable contributions to their communities . Islam promotes the principle of equality between both gender.Surah Al-Ahzab verse 35  states.'Indeed, the Muslim men & women , the believing men & women , the obedient men & women, the truthful men & truthful women, the patient men & patient women ,the humble men & humble women , the charitable men & charitable women , the fasting men & fasting women who guard their private parts and the women who do so and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so-for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.This verse highlights that both men and women are equal in the eyes of Allah and both have a role to play in society.

Islam also recognizes the importance of women's work & contribution to society.The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said : When a woman gives in charity from her husband's house without wasting his money , she will get the reward for what she has spent, and her husband will be rewarded for what he has earned.This hadith highlights that women's contributions to society are valued and recognized.

Islam also recognizes the importance of women' s work and contribution to society. The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) consulted women and sought their opinion on various matters.

The Islamic faith advocates for women's empowerment in political , economic and media fields and encourage the appointment of women to high ministerial position.Furthermore, it is necessary to appoint women as judges , teachers and lawyers as well.

The importance of women's participation in building society include :

1.Women have unique perspectives and life experiences that can bring new ideas and approaches to societal issues.

2.Women have been historically marginalized  and excluded from decision-making process , the participation in crucial for achieving gender equality and addressing the gender -based inequalities .

3.Research has shown that when women are involved in decision-making ,there is greater cooperation, better communication and more effective for solution skills.
