I never know that I'm beautiful, The Odyssey team until I view the sketch about me that related with the theme of The Odyssey so thank you very much for your apps & sketch .


The Odyssey is the 2026 epic  action fantasy film based on the adaptation of the book from similar title written & directed by Christopher Nolan, who produced it with his wife .An adaptation of Homer's ancient Greek epic poem The Odyssey , it stars an ensemble cast including Matt Damon , Anne Hathaway , Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson , Lupita , Samantha Morton, Zendaya & Charlize Theron.From this film , Odyssey  (Damon), the Greek King of Ithaca, undergoes a long and perilous journey home after the Trojan War and encounters mythical beings as he attempts to reunite with his wife Penelope (Anne Hathaway) and his son-the  Young Prince (Tom Holland) never met his father since he was a lil kids.


Nolan began the script writing since 2024 , secure the project with Universal Pictures and announce The Odyssey on December 2024.Nolan studied several translations of the Odyssey .He depicted s realistic interpretation of Greek Mythology.



Filming took place from February to August 2025 at Morocco , Greece, Italy , Scotland, Iceland, Western Sahara & Malta as well as at The Universal Studios Lot at Los Angeles.With an estimated budget of 250 million , it is among the most expensive films of Nolan's career and the first feature film ever to be shot entirely on IMAX's 70 mm film cameras.


The Odyssey premiered at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square at London on July 6 , 2026 ahead of a theatrical release by Universal Pictures  from July 17 at US & UK.It was made available in IMAX & multiple premium large format.
