Spent my precious time with my close family and attend the simple birthday celebration with  BFF definitely the important moment in my life.No matter how busy we are, keep in touch of each other definitely important .We exchange the opinion about many topics and support of each other as a human being.

Stop bombing the Gaza 💔🇦🇪

 With more than a million displaced Palestinian facing the threat of famine , the US Agency for International Development announced that it had fulfilled its pledge to provide food assistance , throwing a single Power Bar labeled for Gaza into the Atlantic Ocean.USAID reportedly alerted the water from region to be on thr lookout for the foil wrapped item which thr Agency is counting on to float eastward from America towards the Mediterranean Sea and which includes a handwritten note with the instruction DO NOT EAT unless Palestinian  underlined four times.

This is what you call the humanity ?

Gaza issue not only happened since October 7, 2023 .The ugliness & cruelty of genocide at Gaza since 1948 already show off to the World now.10 children per day have lost a limb in Gaza.At least 3000 children have lost their limbs since October 7, 2023 , making it the largest group of pediatric amputees in history .How about the huge number of the death of Palestinian at all ages because of the endless genocide.

Where is the humanity because the humanity belongs to any people regardless age , religion , background and society.

Journalist Sarah Kent discuss the fashion industry's long & winding road to sustainability.The fashion industry was not built for sustainability .Very much the opposite, in fact, as its central premise is the importance of wearing the latest item & discarding anything that came before.

It's emissions impact is substantial , its record on ethical labour practices patchy at best and its approach to minimising waste non -existent.Yet the vast majority of the media coverage of rhus million dollar industry remains focus on glamour , glitz and what'd new.Sarah Kent, Chief Sustainability Correspondent of The Business of Fashion, is one of the few journalists to look behind the fashion industry's glossy facade and investigate the serious confronting it.

In a conversation with Mitali from the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism , she unpacks some of the complexities and contradictions inherent in the industry itself and in how it is reported.

Challenges of Sustainability Reporting : The  fashion industry is gloriously frivolous.It's summary of the top current trends puts climate urgency only just ahead of vacation vibes.The day to day functioning of the industry is completely separate from climate goals.And while fast fashion is widely acknowledged to be a sustainability challenge , the luxury end of the market is perceived more generously , thanks more to its sophisticated communicates than to greater commitment to sustainable action.

Impact on Geopolitics: Fashion is a global business.Geopoliyical developments have significant  impacts on supply chains as well as on consumer sentiment and buying power.Conflicts in the Red Sea region have affected shipment routes , while the United States ban on imports from China's Xinjiang region has fractured cotton supplies.Thw EU's Coeporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive will force brands to pay more attention to where their products come from.

Continuing Contradictions: Shein is the fashion brand that the responsible consumer 'should' avoid.Anyway, the cost of living crisis has driven demand for cheap goods , caring about sustainability that something is unaffordable for certain people.Waste is a major issue in the industry with  no meaningful way to recycle textiles.The expert of old clothes effectively exporting our waste-and it is also a thriving  trade.And,how much waste is hidden in the books of companies that produce more than they sell?

Eid Adha Mubarak 💓✨️

Eid Adha Mubarak to my own Ainearest wherever you are in this world .Eid Al Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice is a major holiday celebrated by Muslim worldwide for three to four days.

Most of the Muslim will attend the special prayers held at major mosque and Islamic centers in the United States and throughout the World.

Eid Al Adha marks the culmination of the Hajj (pilgrimage) rites at Mina, Mecca but is celebrated by Muslims throughout world.As with Eid Al-Fitr, it is distinguished by the performance of prayer(Solat) at daybreak on it's first day.It begins on the 10th of Dzu Al-Hijjah , the last month of the Islamic Centre and continues for an additional 3 days (through the Muslim use of a Lunar Calendar means that it may occur during any season of the year).

During the festive season , families that can afford to sacrifice a ritually acceptable, animal (sharp, goat, camel and etc and then divide the flesh equally among  themselves, the poor, friends and neighbours.Eid Al Adha definitely the suitable time for visiting the family and friend  for exchanging gifts.

Hajj in Islam, he pilgrimage to the Holy City of Mecca which every adult Muslim make at least once in his / her lifetime.The Hajj is the fifth of the Fundamental Muslim practices and institutions known as the 5 pillars of Islam.The pilgrimate rite begins on the 7th day of Dzul-Al Hijjah (the  last month of the Islamic year).

The Hajj is incumbent on all Muslims who are physically and financially able to make the pilgrimage but only if their absence will not place hardships on their family .A person may perform the Hajj by Proxy , appointing a relatives and friends going on the pilgrimage to stand on for them 

May Allah SWT accept our sincere Prayer & kindness  during Arafat Day and give the good reward for those that capable to proceed with Sacrifice during this Wid Adha.May Allah SWT give the opportunity for more people to perform Hajj  & Umrah in future.We must consistently pray and put the great effort for Palestine , Palestine people and humanity , as always & forever.

From non formal education, girl -led advocacy  until capacity building &  leadership development, Waags give the opportunity for the young women & girls growth as well.

Genocide should not happen to any people regardless age, religion, background and status

Bombing, starving, genocide must be prevent and stop immediately

Only bimbo and himbo crying like the end of the world for their favourite artist and celebrity that not recognize them in their real life.

Woman Empowerment from Islamic Perspective 💓✨️

Women's empowerment involves encouraging  their fostering autonomy in decision-making , self -esteem and recognize their fundamental right to impact social progress for themselves and their communities.

Education is a fundamental right of women and every human being regardless of gender.Islam , as a religion promotes the acquisition of knowledge and recognize the importance of education.Islam teaching the importance of education.Islam teaching us on how to emphasize the importance of women's right to education.

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said :

Seeking knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim (Female & Male).This Hadith highlights the importance of seeking knowledge and emphasizes that this obligation applies to both gender.

Furthermore, Islam views education as a means of achieving personal and societal development .Surah  Al-Zumar verse 9 states :

'Are those who know equal to those who do not know?The verse encourages seeking knowledge and highlights its importance in the life of a Muslim.It also highlights the importance of acquiring knowledge to distinguish between right & wrong , which can be particularly important for women who may face unique challenges in their daily life.

The Quran also recognizes women's right to education and encourages them to pursue it.Surah Al-Nisa verse 1 States.

'O mankind , fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from its mate and dispersed from both of them.And fear Allah , through whom you ask one another and the wombs.Indeed, Allah is ever, over you , an Observer.

Islam promotes the concept of economic independence women.

Surah Al-Nisa verse 32 States,

And do not wish for that which Allah has made some by of you exceed others.Indeed, Allah is ever, of all things ,Knowing.'This verse emphasizes than people from both gender have the right to earn and benefit from  their earnings.

Islam recognizes the importance of economic independence and encourage Muslims to seek lawful means of earning a livelihood.Islam promotes economic independence for both gender recognising that financial stability is essential for societal and personal development.

Surah Al-Taqbah verse 71 states, The believing women and men are rely of one another.They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong establish prayer and give zakat and obey Allah and His Messanger.Those-Allah will have mercy upon them.Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

This verse highlights that both gender are responsible for earning a livelihood and supporting their families.Islam encourages Muslims to seek lawful means of making a living and prohibits any form and exploitation , oppression or injustice inneconomic transactions.

Women have the significant role in promoting business and economic development in Islamic history.Kindly refer to the guidance on how Islam promotes the concept of economic independence for women : 

1.Islam recognizes women's right  to own property and manage their asset.

2.Women in Islam are encouraged to seek education and pursue careers that provide them financially independent.

3.Women in Islam have the right to inherit from their parents , spouses and other relatives that provide them with support and financially security.

4.Islam promoted mutual support within families and communities with both gender expected to contribute to the household and the wider society.

5.The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) encourage women to engage in trade and commerce , recognizing their ability to contribute to the economy and support themselves financially.Islamic law requires that women receive a dowry at the time of marriage which is intended to provide them with financially independence.

6.Islam recognized the value of women's work , whether in the home or the marketplace and encourages them to be compensated fairly for rheot contribution.

7.Islam recoganizes the value of women's work whether in the home or the marketplace  and encourage them.to be compensated fairly for their contributions.

8.The Quran emphasizes the importance of justice in all aspects of life , including economic justice and this includes ensuring that women have equal opportunities to participate in the economy and achieve financially independentq.

My happiness during this School Holiday with the kids in da house & when one of my BFF's daughter got 8A for SPM 2023💓

My happiness during this School Holiday definitely about my precious time with the kids in da house from reading book together, listen to their story, watching cartoon and doing homework and breakfast & lunch together.Happy  me and I love them so much.Alhamdulillah.

Another happiness definitely when one of my BFF's daughter got 8A for SPM 2023 from SMAT Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang Selangor Darul Ehsan.Her happiness definitely my happiness too and I love her so much.

I'm truly happy with the continuous  professional rapport from Harvard Business School Online of University Havard , United States until now.Thank you for having me.

I'm not someone that related into gossip.I plan my schedule and manage my time well.I'm not a wannabe to any person.I'll not give free publicity to any people that not deserve it and I support woman empowerment for the good integrity ones &  I'm charming the gender equality always.

I implement work hard and work smart since day 1.I control my circulation and pick my good friends wisely only because of good attitude since long time ago until now.Ladies and girls must have your own courage to make a great decision for the good sake of your life.Self love is not selfish because make yourself the priority definitely important.At the end of the day, you are the ones that will face the consequences from your own decision.

Sometimes , we can learn from the experience of other people.The lesson will teach us for being a better person.I'm grateful with myself and the well acceptance that I get until now.My own audience , Ainearest love the way I wear my Scarf and dress properly  for any situation.I always implement less is more and it's hard for me being someone with full of myself attitude since day 1.I believe that the good integrity , good attitude and sincerity will make someone remains relevant for any field.

You should not respond to any people that tend to abuse you mentally , physically and spiritually.Know your worth and appreciate your value as always.I never support any abusive languange and action for all ways through my daily life, my professional life, my IG , my blog and my Podcast.
